What's in Season

 Radishes
Here are several ingredients that are "in season" now.

You should be looking for these in the marketplace:
farm stands, farmer's markets, and stores featuring local food, plus non-local foods that have specific seasons.
Enjoy these while they are at the peak of their goodness!

Early Tomatoes are starting to appear...
even in Franklin County!

The Sweet Corn is OUTRAGEOUS this year
Right now I'm enjoying the variety
'Temptation" from Butynskis on Colrain Road in Greenfield

The 2009 / 2010 Extra-Virgin Olive Oils -
they are all in stock now and perfect for
salads, drizzling, dipping and grilling !

String Beans - Wax and Green - they are so fresh and tender

Local "Blues" - high bush now & low bush soon -

Peaches - the South Carolina and Georgia imports were delicious,
but now it is time to eat the high-hanging fruit from our local orchardists

Farmhouse Cider from Farnum Hill in Lebanon NH -
