Often compared to the fine Darjeeling teas from neighboring West Bengal India, Nepalese black teas are prized for their consistently good, easy-to-drink flavor. This, our exclusive 'Everest Tea', was hand-rolled and manufactured just for us.
'Everest Tea' possesses a distinctive, clean, slightly spicy, and fresh flavor that is singularly quite appealing. This tea has not been given a hard oxidation, so the aroma is pure, direct and stunningly fresh. The leaves are extremely long and very fine and ever so slightly twisted due to the exacting hand-rolling technique. This tea is in a class by itself - as big fans of Nepal tea we are thrilled to offer this exceptionally well-made and delicious specialty.

Steep 1-2 infusions at 2 - 5 minutes.
Water temperature should be 185˚ - 195˚ F
