This Mao Feng green tea is
one of our all-time favorites. With abundant silver
strands wound among the softly-twisted leaf, this tea
brews out with many buds intact.
Mist on the River has a completely accessible flavor:
soft and smooth, with a full, rich style that never
disappoints.
Some teas need explanation or embellishment, and
others do not. Mist on the River does not oblige
discussion;
it is an every-day drinker, and a remarkable value.
Brew Mist on the River with reckless abandon, it is
extremely forgiving!
Steep 2-3 infusions at 2 minutes
