Jun Zi Lan
is one of the hundred or more named varieties of yan
cha that grow throughout the Wu Yi Shan. Many of these
teas are not very well known outside of that region,
however, this in no way diminishes their goodness or
intrigue. The flavor of Zun Zi Lan is striking and
unique. Over the course of several infusions the
changing flavors are reminiscent of baked pears,
toasted coconut, raisins and dry cocoa. Overall, Zun
Zi Lan is a bold and delicious tea for those looking
for a palate-challenging tea experience.
